Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CPD Approved Training platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including contractors (organisation administrators) and staff learners.

CPD Approved Training provides online CPD-accredited training courses for contractors and their staff. The Service includes course content, quiz functionality, certificate issuance, and a team management dashboard.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Contractor accounts are responsible for the appropriate use of the platform by staff members within their organisation.

You agree not to:

• Share course content, quiz questions, or certificates outside the platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent the quiz process or obtain certificates fraudulently.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the platform.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the relevant course quiz at or above the stated pass mark. All certificates are issued in digital form. PDF downloads are provided where available.

Certificates represent completion of the training content on the platform. They do not constitute a guarantee of competence. You are responsible for ensuring training meets the requirements of your specific regulatory context.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates where fraud, misrepresentation, or a material error in assessment is identified.

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Free trials are provided for 14 days from account creation. At the end of the trial, access will be restricted unless a paid plan is purchased.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

All course content, materials, quiz questions, and platform software are the intellectual property of Safe-Haus Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your organisation's internal training purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe-Haus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
